Following receipt of order and payment, we aim to create your print proof with in 3 working days. Once the print proof is approved, your print is printed and sent to your with in 2-4 working days.

If ordering a print unframed, they are sent in a do not bend envelope via royal mail If you have ordered your print framed, they are carefully packaged and sent via courier.

We do not offer refunds on personalised items as they are made especially for you. We send out print proofs to ensure all is correct and that you are happy with your print before we print and send.  If the item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible for an exchange or replacement.

You will then be given all relevant information along with the address to send your clothing to.

You will be added to the waiting list as soon as your clothing is received. Please note that the waiting list can be quite long so please ensure you send your clothing in plenty of time if you wish your bear to be for an occasion. The wait will be advised as soon as you contact us.

No, please note that the bears are NOT toys and not recommended to be given to a child under the age of 14 years. The bears are handmade from worn clothing and are therefore delicate and not CE accredited.

They are a keepsake for you to cherish and for display purposes only.

We will need 5 x baby grows in size 3-6 months to create a bear. They can be smaller but we will need more (roughly 7 in newborn).

If you are sending other items please contact us and we give you a guidance as to how many items we will need to create your bear.

The bears are roughly 13 inches from head to foot in the sitting position.

We recommend that you do not send us any coats or knitted items to create your bear. Our bears are mainly made from outgrown baby grows but we can use dress, jeans, t-shirts and even adults clothing if you wish. Note that different fabrics will create different shaped bears. This is what makes them totally unique. Two bears are never the same.

The bears are all handmade by me at my home in Birmingham. They are not outsourced or made in a factory. A lot of time, love and attention goes into each bear and they are made especially for you to cherish those precious clothing.

Once you have confirmed you would like to proceed with your order we will provide you with our address for you to send your clothing to. We do recommend that you send your clothing via recorded delivery if you can. We hold no responsibility for lost or damaged clothing.   Payment is not made until we receive your clothing.

We unfortunately do not make any other keepsake animals as we believe a bear is the ultimate keepsake that a child (or adult) of any age will cherish forever.

Please note that made4keepsake is run by one person, me. I put a lot of time, love and attention in all my creations and artwork. The artwork is owned by made4keepsake, however the keepsake bears are from a funky friends pattern. I do get a lot of help from my amazing family, but please bear with me as I do aim to respond to all inquires as soon as I can. Thank you for taking the time to look through my website…

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on the keepsake bears due to them being made to order and bespoke to you. If at any point you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not been started on your bear we can offer you a refund minus the postage.

These bears are unique to you and made to order, therefore we are unable to offer a refund once your bear is made.
